Definitions:

Account Management --  Similar to self-service account management where the customer could log into his/her account and change stuff, view their bill, etc.

Automatic Provisioning -- Similar to auto-provisioning. There are several docs in the Birds-Eye Network Service technical archive on autoprovisioning that go into great detail but essentially, its allowing bottom up provisioning where the broadband operator does nothing (all subscriber driven).

"On Demand" Billing -- Refers to transactional billing such as on-demand video would require. Traditionally, demand billing has mapped into pay-per-view functionality but that is not a true equivalent -- the two are not completely compatible.
