The most prominate form of Packet Fair Queueing (PFQ), PGPS complete service in the corresponding Generalized Processor Sharing (GPS) scheduler, such as Fluid Fair Queueing (FFQ), is selected for next transmission. This is achieved by assigning virtual start and finish times to each packet and scheduling next packet whose virtual finish time is minimum. Also known as Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ).
