What’s
the Problem? (Disadvantages of existing solution): The invention was created because a need was perceived. The need
was perceived because the prior art (that is, the prior solutions)
was not as effective or efficient as possible.
What is the problem
that the invention comes to solve?
Are there any disadvantages of
the existing solution that the invention will solve?
(Hint: If
there are not any disadvantages solved by the invention, then why
bother with the invention at all?)
You should list at list one need
met, or problem solved, or disadvantage overcome, by the invention.
If you can list several items, that would be even better. |
