	What Color is Your Parachute? A Practical Manual for Job-Hunters and Career-Changers By: Richard Nelson Bolles My Take: Everyone should read this before selecting a career. It is a terrific guide to self-exploration about what really makes each of us tick. I believe it forces the reader decide what job/career is right for them and then helps them express themselves as determined as possible. I keep a copy on the shelf for reference.
